The staff was very courteous and professional. Thank God seeing my washer was on its way out. Was promptly taken care of, and delivery was extremely fast. We have purchased from them in the past and every experience has been tops in customer satisfaction.

The deliverymen were very careful with both the install and removal of our defunct refrigerator. She explained to the owner our predicament and he sold us the floor model and delivered it the very same day (we are about 20 miles from store). Their salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went to Ruby & Quiri the next morning. We had company and a family get together planned for the next day. Our refrigerator expired one evening without any warning. They answered our questions and made sure we were aware we could call with any further questions at any time The young men who delivered the appliance and removed the old one, were very professional and quick. Had multiple delivery options that suited our schedules. We wanted to support our local business and they had the best price. We found the appliance we wanted on multiple websites. And every employee goes out of their way to make sure your shopping experience was a positive one. We've bought a lot of merchandise from this past year and have to say what a wonderful Store to do business with. Will definitely be giving them my business again. They also match anyone else's prices! The delivery of my appliances and sectional were quick and the guys who delivered it were friendly and efficient. Huge selection of appliances and any furniture you can think of. First time and will definitely not come back. Prices are extremely high and outrageous. Walked in and was basically followed by a staff memeber when we just wanted to browse.
